Identified - SeeSaw is using resources from a page that is blocked by our web filter. A support case has been opened with SeeSaw to resolve the connectivity issues. We will provide an update when more information becomes available.

Investigating - Users are currently experiencing issues connecting to SeeSaw on both iPads and computers. We are investigating the cause and will provide an update when we have more details.

Resolved - Connectivity and performance of the Wayzata Website have returned to normal.

Update - Finalsite believes the network instability is associated with distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) traffic patterns that are disrupting normal web traffic patterns. They are taking corrective measures to mitigate the problem and restore functionality. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Resolved - Finalsite has resolved the network issue. The Wayzata website is fully operational.

Identified - Finalsite has identified a network issue and is working with their service provider to rectify the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update when available.

Investigating - The Wayzata website is currently down. We are working with the host to identify, and resolve the issue.

Resolved - Raptor pushed out a fix for the barcodes last night. We tested badge printing this morning and the barcodes are included on the badge.

Monitoring - Raptor support is aware of this issue and should be implementing a fix this evening. Tuesday morning, visitor badges should print with barcodes. We will continue to monitor this until it is resolved.
As a temporary workaround, visitors can still sign out using their drivers license.

Identified - Barcodes are not printing on visitor badges. This will require visitors to sign out at the kiosk by using their drivers license. A support case has been opened with Raptor. We will update this incident when a solution is found.
